Return and Refund Policy

At Aadim by Manisha, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, since our products are made-to-order and customized specifically for you, we have a clear policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. 30-Day Return Window (Clue/Sentence)

"We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return."

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • With all original tags and in its original packaging.

3. Damages and Issues (Quality Guarantee)

Please inspect your order upon reception. We only accept returns and provide refunds/replacements for the following reasons:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The print quality is significantly different from the design shown.

  • You received the wrong item, size, or color.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Because our items are printed-on-demand, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or "buyer’s remorse."

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer (Please refer to our size charts before purchasing).

  • Items on sale or gift cards.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Damaged/Defective Items: We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you, or we will ship a replacement free of charge.

  • For All Other Returns: If a return is authorized for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
